Manuka Biologicals Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Manuka Bioscience Limited. They grow and produce sustainable New Zealand East Cape manuka oil. All of their oils are produced from their own plantations and from wild harvest. Mānuka Biologicals plantations are revitalizing traditional Māori farming and healing practices.
They are serious about sustainability and leaving behind a world for future generations. By using indigenous harvesting techniques, they are able to maintain sustainable practices. Once harvested, the leaves and small branches are steam distilled for 100 % pure East Cape Manuka Oil. Any waste is used as fertiliser or for their water-to-biomass research program which they are hoping to use to replace plastic packaging in the near future.
