Overview



Laurel Products are a manufacturer of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), fluorinated ethylene-propylene (FEP), perfluoroalkoxy (PFA) and fluorinated mica additives. They are based in Elverson, Pennsylvania, USA and were founded in 2001. They have grown rapidly as a result of their strong focus on product innovation and quality, offering many unique technologies to the formulator.

Laurel’s brand names of Ultraflon and Marzon are well known industry standards. These products are frequently used in the lubricant, grease, polymer, coatings and graphic arts industries for friction modification.

Laurel Products are able to offer some serious commercial advantages with their flagship PTFE micro powder products which are available in both friable and non-friable forms. These materials come in a selection of particle size distributions, spanning nanometre and micrometre scales.

Laurel Products have a selection of highly unique products on their range including PTFE powders that are readily dispersed into water without the need for dispersant packages.

They also have a range of indirect food contact approved additives including NSF HX-1 grades for greases.
