Silicone Surfactant Stabilisers for Polyurethane Foams

PU Foam layers

Product Overview

The CONCENTROL STB PU® range is made up of a wide variety of silicone surfactant stabilisers designed for diverse polyurethane (PU) foam applications. These surfactants help to improve emulsification of the PU foam raw materials, offering sufficient nucleation and structural stabilization during the expansion process. In turn, this helps to control the size and distribution of the foam’s cells.

Customised grades of surfactants are available for a wide variety of PU foam types: Flexible HR foam, Conventional flexible foam, Rigid foam, Integral foam, and One component foam (OCF), in order to achieve the tailored structural and performance requirements for each individual  application area, such as low thermal conductivity, low flammability, high flowability, high stabilising support etc.
