Product Overview

Olivatis® 18 is an advanced oil-in-water (O/W) emulsifier composed of Olive Oil Polyglyceryl-6 Esters, Sodium Stearoyl Lactylate, and Cetearyl Alcohol. This combination results in an ivory, waxy material with excellent emulsifying power, low inherent odour, and colour. The emulsifier leverages the rich fatty acids from olive oil, which are similar to those found in human sebum, along with a derivative of lactic acid, an essential component of the natural moisturizing factor (NMF). This unique chemistry promotes the formation of liquid crystals, enhancing the stability and performance of the emulsions.
