The logo of OCCA

The Oil & Colour Chemists’ Association, more commonly known as OCCA, is a professional organisation for members of the Coatings and Ink industries. They pride themselves on being run by the members for the members and this is a philosophy that these industries have benefited from since 1918. With a UK headquarters, they are very active within the UK however this is a global community with active members all over the world.

Here at Lawrence Industries, Coatings and Inks are some of our most important markets and many of our sales team have been working to help solve technical issues in these areas for many years. As such, our Coatings team have always been active members of OCCA and have benefited from the support, network and technical education of the association.

Now, however, Lawrence Industries are thrilled to say we are helping to give back as corporate sponsors of OCCA. By doing so we are hoping the good work of educating and connecting people through local programmes and major events alike can continue for many more years to come.

At this year's Surfex event in Coventry, one of our coatings team, Danielle Williams, got the opportunity to visit OCCA at their stand and receive our Corporate Sponsorship Certificate.
